Golf Genius - Developing a paid content library
SwingU was the top golf performance and tracking app in the market. With an audience of millions of active gofers, there had to be more creative ways to monetize and get people engaged. By leveraging golf influencers like Holein1trick shots, CoachRusty and more, SwingU became an agency for companies looking to get their golf products in front of an audience.
The next issue to tackle was keeping users engaged on the app even when they’re off the golf course. Well every golfer wants to get better. I spent months creating the world’s largest golf instruction library in the market from top pros, filming them in person and then instructing them on how to self produce content to add to their library. Users were now not only paying for the tracking app, but also subscribing to premium tier lessons from their favorite golfers. The result? Golf Genius wanted SwingU’s library and agency, resulting in an acquisition.
BHG - Classic car sales through YouTube
Black Horse Garage was the first authorized independent Ferrari repair shop in the US. The problem was, unless you were a car enthusiast or a collector, they flew under the radar. I began building out their YouTube channel to not just show the cars they were working on, but the history and personalities of the shop.
When COVID hit, having customers come in and look at cars was not an option. By pivoting to making their own ‘Top Gear’ style video series to showcase current cars for purchase, sales didn’t slow down.
The videos were such a hit that consigners would pay a premium for the video production services offered when selling their car. We even secured some new celebrity clients like Nile Rodgers, Joe Bastianich and John Cena.
DTF Comedy - Selling tickets with Instagram and video ads
DTF Comedy was hitting a wall with ticket sales to their live shows. They had great talent, venues and shows, but no one knew about it. Rather than continue dumping money into paid ads, we put that marketing budget into shooting comedy specials for up and coming comics and collaborating with them on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
The page grew from 200 to 3500 followers in under 3 months with 10s of millions of views across all platforms. Additionally, every comic saw a massive increase in viewership and followers across their socials. DTF Comedy now sells out shows in the NYC metro area and has become the premiere option for B2B comedy shows and roasts.

Joe Begley - Open Mic comic to #1 on tiktok
Back in the late 2010s, comedians posting stand up clips online was pretty much unheard of, let alone high quality multi-cam with pro audio. I wanted to see how something like this would do online, and the experiment proved worthwhile.
Through these clips and other content, he reached the status #1 comedian on TikTok, even getting a shout out on Joe Rogan. The content went on to get hundreds of millions of views across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, gaining Joe a YouTube plaque and the opportunity to tour full time as a comedian. Joe is now one of the biggest up and coming comedians in Austin, TX.
